Casillas is the keeper of the present/future for Real Madrid and the "Furia Roja" (Spanish Nat'l Team). He began in the worst moments of Real in 99-00 season, and had always been one of the best of the team and the league. In spite of his youth, Iker shows a maturity improper of his age. He's fast, has very powerful legs and excellent reflexes that had saved Real in more than one game. Managed to keep a clean sheet v Valencia in Paris to help the Madrid side to win 'la octava'. Member of the spanish sides that won Nigeria 1999 U-20 World Cup and U-16 Euro Cup. Made his senior national team debut in a friendly vs. Sweden (D 1:1) in January 2000.
